Hello! I'm Brooke Roberts — follower of Jesus, wife, and mom based in Auburn, Alabama. For nearly fifteen years, I have worked inside some of the most complex organizations in the world, helping large, diverse teams find shared direction and move toward it together. I advised executive leadership, led cross-functional strategy, and built the frameworks that turned ambitious vision into coordinated action. What I learned across every role is that the hardest part of good work is rarely the idea — it's getting people aligned around it.
