Hello! I'm Brooke Roberts — follower of Jesus, wife, and mom based in Auburn, Alabama. For nearly fifteen years, I worked inside some of the most complex organizations in the world — Coca-Cola, The Home Depot, and Target, helping large, diverse teams find shared direction and move toward it together. I advised executive leadership, led cross-functional strategy, and built the frameworks that turned ambitious vision into coordinated action.
